The construction is produced entirely in Caruso's atelier in Soragna. Notch lapels and a 2.5-button closure sit cleanly on the front, the lapel carrying a hand-set Milanese buttonhole worked with the fine silk stitching specific to that tradition. Jetted pockets at the hips keep the front uncluttered, the openings flush against the cloth.
