Tom Ford Dark Blue Cotton Velvet Windsor Jacket

Discover the Tom Ford Dark Blue Cotton Velvet Windsor Jacket, a richly expressive piece that channels the brand's signature sense of glamour and precision. The cotton velvet has a deep, tactile surface with a soft lustre, giving the dark blue tone an intensity that shifts between near-black and an almost electric blue depending on how the light falls across the pile, the colour carrying a depth and vibrancy that the velvet's nap amplifies with every movement. Cut in the classic Windsor base A fit, the silhouette is defined by strong peak lapels and a structured, elongated line. Flap pockets with a ticket pocket reinforce its sartorial roots, while mother-of-pearl buttons add a refined contrast against the plush fabric.

Discover the craftsmanship behind Tom Ford's Windsor construction, where structure and detail are central to the jacket's presence. The fully lined interior ensures a clean, composed drape, while long Milanese buttonholes, including five at the sleeve with the final one extended in a subtle half T shape, reflect a high level of artisanal finishing. The overall effect recalls the confident, sensual tailoring associated with Tom Ford's Gucci era, where sharp lines and rich materials defined a new standard of modern elegance. In dark blue cotton velvet the jacket carries more presence than the taupe variant, the colour making the Windsor's commanding silhouette more immediate and the velvet's shifting surface more visually dynamic. The result is a jacket that feels both bold and precise, designed to stand out without excess.
