2. Item Evaluation within 24 Hours
Our expert team will meticulously analyse each listing to determine the item's value, condition, and its alignment with our collection criteria. This process ensures that our platform features a curated selection of exclusively luxury garments that are in pristine condition.
3. Item Listing
After your item is accepted, we provide you with a complimentary, tracked shipping label to our office in Amsterdam. Upon reception, it will be promptly be photographed and listed on our platform. Our advertising efforts target enthusiastic buyers who can give your preloved sartorial pieces a second life.
4. Item Sold
Upon successful sale, we will ship the item carefully to the buyer with a tracked shipping label.
5. Get Paid
You will receive 70% of the final sale price. In the event of no reported issues by the customer within 14 days after receiving the item, the payment will be issued promptly.
Our Commission Breakdown
Our commission (30%) covers various services, including advertising, providing shipping labels, ensuring hassle-free customer service, and granting access to a broad audience of sartorial enthusiasts worldwide.
