At Sartorialista, all items are physically located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
We operate from our own boutique and storage facility. Every garment is in our possession and is shipped directly by us. This ensures authenticity, quality control, and secure handling of each individual piece.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.
During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Within The Netherlands
Orders within The Netherlands are shipped via UPS or DHL, according to the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Within The European Union
Orders within the European Union are shipped via insured and trackable courier services such as UPS or DHL, depending on the destination country and service availability.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
No customs duties apply within the European Union.
Shipping Outside the European Union
International orders are shipped via UPS.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs procedures.

All non-EU orders are exported from The Netherlands and are considered final sale.
