Loro Piana Steel Blue Cashmere Roadster Half-Zip Sweater

Discover the Loro Piana Steel Blue Pure-Cashmere Roadster Pull Half-Zip Sweater. The Roadster Pull takes its name and design cues from Loro Piana's Roadster jacket, the house's long-running motoring-inspired outerwear piece. The knitwear version translates that reference into a Gauge 14 pure cashmere construction: a fine gauge that produces a smooth, close surface rather than a visible knit texture, allowing the design detail to read clearly against a refined ground.

That detail is a two-tone diagonal stitch pattern running across the body of the sweater, creating movement and depth without introducing pattern in the conventional sense. The effect is subtle and becomes most visible in directional light. In steel blue the two tones sit within the same cool range, the diagonal readable without asserting itself over the overall impression of the piece.

The mock-neck collar is ribbed and closes with a half-zip fitted with a leather zip puller, a small but considered detail that connects the knitwear back to its outerwear reference. Cuffs and hem are ribbed. The fit is regular.

Steel blue in a Gauge 14 cashmere is a clean, composed colourway that sits between the formality of navy and the neutrality of grey, covering a range of combinations without requiring much coordination from the rest of the wardrobe.

To care for this knitwear, we recommend hand-washing it inside out. Please avoid using bleach or tumble drying. If needed, iron it gently at a low temperature while turned inside out with a clean cotton cloth inbetween.

The Roadster cashmere knit is particularly prone to pilling through wear. The garment has been carefully de-pilled, but more pronounced pilling remains visible throughout. Despite this, it remains an exclusive and distinctive piece with plenty of life ahead, with its condition reflected in the sharp price.

General Note: While we inspect each item to ensure its quality, please note that minor imperfections may be present due to the preloved nature of the garments. We strive to represent every item accurately, but subtle signs of wear may sometimes go unnoticed. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to sustainable luxury.
