The stand collar fastens cleanly at the neck for a clean, contemporary silhouette with a quiet formality that suits the jacket's refined cloth, then folds back to create a natural lapel when the mood calls for something more open and familiar, the same jacket reading entirely differently depending on how the collar is worn. The cloth is where the depth lives: a sand herringbone as the base construction, the diagonal weave giving the ground a subtle texture that a plain weave would flatten, and over it a light brown overcheck running in a shadow-tartan inspired pattern so restrained it registers as a change in surface tone rather than a distinct pattern, the two constructions together producing a cloth that reveals itself gradually and rewards sustained attention.
