Base T / Fit Wetherby: This is a unique Tom Ford cut inspired by 1930s styles, now discontinued in Ready To Wear but still available through the Made To Measure program. It features the widest lapels offered by Tom Ford and is designed with a broader cut and broad shoulders. The trousers are also notably wide. Originally known as the Base T, this cut is sometimes referred to as the Snowdon fit from Spring 2011. The main difference between the Snowdon and Wetherby is in the shoulders: Snowdon jackets have much wider and stronger shoulders with a light rope, while Wetherby jackets feature a heavier rope but more traditional shoulders.
